Our offer
The products we assemble today are intended for industrial and semi-industrial markets. Nevertheless, we also offer excellent possibilities for the assembly and finish of household equipment, especially from our affiliate in the Czech Republic.
This can be based on components produced by Culobel, or third-party components
From a technological point of view, it is logical that equipment assembled by us is builtup of metal parts, which have been produced in our own factories. But that is not a must. The logistics for these parts can, for example, be reduced to a minimum. Both screw attachment and spot-welding technologies can be used.
Logistic advantages
Our assembly department makes it possible for customers to have a ready-to-use product assembled, finished and packaged (including sales packaging), labelled with their own brand name. An important additional advantage is that Culobel manages the logistic routing, both for in-house and third-party components. Depending on factors such as the transport volume, the added value and the location of the customer, a decision is made on where the assembly will be carried out. This can be either in Belgium or in the Czech Republic. For the sourcing of components, Culobel Assembly is strongly supported by our new China Sourcing Office in Shanghai.
