Nele started out as a Production Co-ordinator in December 2006. After 10 months, she was asked to take on the responsibilities of the brand new function of a Production Controller. Since that time she is responsible for the development of required tools and for the monitoring of operations. The most important aspect here is the development of a balanced scorecard, so that operations can be monitored quickly more directly. Nele works very closely with the Financial Director and she reports to the Managing Director. Nele's greatest plus-point is her precision. close
