Culobel

Hendrik is the only ex-pat that Culobel has been able to position in the Czech Republic. As the Plant manager there, Hendrik is primarily responsible for financial and commercial matters (purchasing and sales), as well as for communications with the Belgian parent company. Since Dušan has accepted the responsibility for the operational management, Hendrik will concentrate more on his commercial responsibilities, namely an optimisation of sales and marketing in the German, Austrian and the Southern European markets.

Within Hendrik, a calm nature is linked to a very sharp mind. He was dropped as a greenhorn into the jungle of the Czech business life, something from which he has learned incredibly much. He has developed into an extremely good manager, despite his relatively young age, and he is a solid negotiating partner for customers and suppliers in the Central European region. close
