With a big passion for engineering in the broadest sense of the word, Gert started his studies for Industrial Engineer Electro Mechanics. He never would have thought that a job in the “World of Quality” would be his cup of tea, but after 5 years working and operating in various functions as a Quality Engineer in the automotive sector, the quality virus took him in profound way. As of the beginning of 2009, his challenge is to optimize the Culobel quality system and to develop it to a higher level. His analytical mind, his problem solving mentality and his knowledge of a handful of tools help him to achieve this challenge. close
